Dibulla is hotter than Villavicencio but Dibulla is more Touristic than Villavicencio. The sea is more beautiful than the plain. Beach is prettier that forest but is hotter. People from Meta are the most hostess in the world but the people is happier in the coast. Villavicencio has greater population than Dibulla city, but the tallest people in Colombia live in the Guajira. The raffic in Villavicencio is worse than Dibulla city, but the food in coast is better that in the plain, is more exotic.  People from the coast dance better than everybody.

Dibulla is located in the Department the Guajira, Dibulla also is close to the sea and has a very hot   weather; also it is possible to visit many beaches, which they are very close. Culture is very rich, many indigenous communities live here, there are Kogui, arhuacos, kankuamos y Wayuu. The economic activity of people is fishing and Companies the banana and the tourism. The typical food is the goat, whey, shrimp, they love to eat fish. People are very friendly, they are very   workers. In this region has been affected by drought, lack of water affects people animals and crops.
